Judging from these studies, acupuncture seemingly has the potential to be just as healing and useful infertility treatments in most cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A common misconception about acupuncture is that it only relieves pain. However, this ancient healing method can actually be used to treat nausea\/vomiting, chemotherapy side effects, morning sickness, hypertension (high blood pressure), allergies, depression, as well as infertility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Related CME journal article: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.journalofchinesemedicine.com\/the-acupuncture-treatment-of-chronic-prostatitis-chronic-pelvic-pain-syndrome-22641.html\"><strong><em>The Acupuncture Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis\/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The physical process of acupuncture induces endorphins, which influences gonadotropin, thereby positively stimulating the female menstrual cycle. Acupuncture in support of infertility aid has become a rather niche profession for a minority of acupuncturists. Many professionals see an excellent and effective opportunity to enter the reproductive health field after initially practicing acupuncture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/336\/7643\/545\">study <\/a>in 2008 tested if acupuncture was an effective assistant treatment when coupled with vitro fertilization. The conclusions were clear; acupuncture had increased the probability of clinical pregnancy by 65% compared to control groups without acupuncture treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acupuncture has also been successful in treating Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). This disease impacts pelvic organs which can lead to infertility. It then makes sense that if PID can be combated with acupuncture, infertility can be dealt with as well. Acupuncture, along with traditional Chinese Medicine has been used for generations for over <a href=\"https:\/\/mendacupuncture.com\/10-facts-acupuncture\/\">200 different symptoms<\/a>. Over the years, it has reached such immense recognition and success that it has become a very common medical practice all over the world.
